SaFlector® SLEEVES AND SAFETY
SaFlector® sleeves are designed to enhance the visibility of key traffic signs. With their 3-sided design, the sleeves help drivers identify signs and posts from multiple angles.
- In general, they increase the target value of the sign and its message.
- When a sign is damaged or obscured, its sleeve provides an added cue to heighten drivers’ awareness of the sign.
If a sign is missing or its visibility is completely blocked, but the post and sleeve are in place, the sleeve indicates the sign’s intended presence to drivers, and the sleeve’s color is the same as the type of sign. A yellow sleeve, for example, is indicative of a yellow warning sign.
